Feel your heart racing? That’s the anxiety, and stress building up.

Feel that weight getting heavier? That’s the weight of things you’ve picked up along that way that didn’t align with your purpose.

Feel that disassociation and that delusion kicking in? That’s the buzz from a cocktail made of stress and anxiety hormones building up.
