Day 451 #POVChallenge

I’ve been doing a lot of “testing” lately.
.
Testing what foods make me feel good / bad.
.
Testing what time I fall asleep / wake up makes me feel most energized.
.
Testing what time I work out feels most optimal.
.
Testing what vitamins/supplements make me feel best.
.
Testing how much caffeine and what types of caffeine makes me feel most energized with the least amount of crashing.
.
Testing what times of the day to eat my meals makes me feel most optimal.
.
Testing how much screen time I have vs my stress and anxiety levels.
.
Even down to when I go out, what type of booze doesn’t leave me feeling sluggish the next day.
.
My goal for this next year is to do all the things I know are best FOR ME, and do them consistently day after day after day.
.
While doing some self reflections lately I’ve realized I’ve had toxic patterns of doing all the things that made me feel the most alive, then “taking a break” when I’m feeling best, only to spiral into the hole I worked myself out of.
.
It’s hard to call yourself out on your own bullshit, but at the end of the day it’s the only thing that will allow you to continue to grow.
.
I challenge you to take some time today to reflect on what your own “toxic habits” are.
.
If you’re feeling stuck, bad, low energy, etc… you need to address these in order to make a change before you’ll ever feel better.
