Todays outdoor workout consisted of hill sprints… or as I like to call them “hell sprints”

This was my second workout after already training legs this morning.

The only thing running through my head as I was sprinting up this hill was…
.
“Why am I doing this..?”
.
And the answer that kept repeating itself to me was…
.
“Because I want to find out who you can become by being the person putting in this type of work.”
.
Every single one of us knows deep inside of us what work is required to level up.
.
Most of us avoid it because it’s uncomfortable… or hard… or takes time away from doing what we want to do.
.
I can tell you from personal experience…
.
The longer you avoid that voice…
.
The longer you avoid that work…
.
The longer you’re going to be stuck where you are now.
.
Stop searching for answers and solutions.
.
You already know what you need to do.
.
Now go fucking put in the work, and just do it.
