I hear so many people every day talk about the issues they’re having with stress and anxiety, and trust me, I get it. I go through extreme waves of it myself.

However… I want you to think about something for a moment…
.
Living in a state of stress and anxiety is almost the most NATURAL state for us as human beings or any living create to live in.
.
Going back to barbaric/ancestral times before we complicated things and started labeling everything… there were just 4 things we instinctively cared about.
.
Food. Water. Shelter. Safety.
.
Waking up every day and not knowing where you would find any of these things, would NATURALLY you or any other living creature in a state of stress or anxiety.
.
When these feelings would hit us… we instinctively would all do the same thing…
.
We’d go hunt for food.
.
We’d find water.
.
We’d find or create shelter.
.
And find something to protect ourselves with to keep us safe.
.
And after we completed and found all of these things, those feelings of stress and anxiety would almost completely disappear.
.
Now these days… going out and doing all those things, is called “committing yourself to a purpose.”
.
I believe that the reason so many of you are struggling with stress and anxiety right now, is because you are lacking any kind of PURPOSE in your life.
.
The reason you’re experiencing so much stress and anxiety… is because you haven’t committed yourself to anything, and you’ve never been committed to anything your entire life.
.
I promise you… When you fully committed to a purpose, and you live every day in pursuit of fulfilling it, and get to reward yourself every day with a sense of fulfillment… I guarantee you all of those feelings will ALL disappear.
.
My purpose right now is 100,000. Ever since that number was written down on the whiteboard of my office and I committed myself and my purpose to achieving it… every feeling of stress and anxiety has completely vanished.
.
That’s a true testament to the power of committing yourself to a purpose.
