Want to know the reason why you won’t ever live up to your fullest potential?

It’s because you’re too comfortable living the minimal acceptable standard you’ve set for yourself.

Don’t believe me?

Go take your shirt off and look in the mirror.

If you IMMEDIATELY start justifying to yourself why you “look good”, even though you have fat rolls hanging over the side your underwear… I have some news for you…
.
That’s YOU justifying YOUR MINIMAL ACCEPTABLE STANDARD YOU’VE SET FOR YOURSELF.
.
Deep down inside… You know, that if you went all in… committed to a clean diet… and implemented a more intense training routine… you COULD get shredded like a Greek god.
.
Yet…. You rather be comfortable….
.
You throw down a 30 rack of beer with your friends every weekend, only to hit the gym JUST ENOUGH the next week to not add another few pounds onto the scale by the time you start drinking again.
.
If you want to be comfortable… if you’re happy with where you’re at… If you’re at peace with not living up to your fullest potential… thats fine. Nothing wrong with that. I’m happy for you. Too each their own.

But if you truly want to live up to your potential…
.
Your going to have to raise the bar for your minimal acceptable standard.

You’re going to have to start making some serious changes and sacrifices.
.
Your going to have to stop talking about it, and actually start doing it.
.
You’re going to have to live in a state of discomfort while you’re forging yourself into who you’re capable of becoming.

And that’s all on you…

YOU are the only one stopping yourself from becoming what you’re ultimately capable of.

I don’t know about you… but I rather be uncomfortable 24/7, than live a comfortable life, and lying in my death bed one day wondering “what if?”
