Day 169 #POVChallenge

We live in some really rad times man. There are so many cool things that are so incredibly accessible that you can experiment with to help you look, feel, and perform at the highest level. Mentally, physically, emotionally. Today I did a Wellness IV Drip with @reign_iv 
IV Therapy has been something that has helped me tremendously in feeling on top of my game mentally and feeling good physically.

I currently do 2 IV Treatments a month. Not only does it help re-hydrate me and bring me back to life, but getting that many vitamins, electrolytes, and other goodies flushed into my system really makes a huge difference for me in how I feel and how I can perform at my highest level mentally.

On top of IV therapy, I’ve had a lot of fun lately testing other new things to see how they effect the way I feel and perform.

From cold plunges, to micro-dosing psilocybin, to cold plunges, to red light therapy, to deprivation tanks, sound baths, energy & breath work and even more.
.
At the end of the day… instead of listening to the “experts” telling me what I need to do to feel my best… I wanted to test and try things for myself. I’m the only person who knows how I feel and I know what feels good to me and what doesn’t.

Every person is different. Every person has a preference as to what state they operate in mentally and physically.
.And that’s why I think it’s so incredibly important to test over and over and over again with some of these incredible things we have access to.

Everything I listed above are things I’ve personally tried and done a lot of research on. If you decide to start experimenting yourself, just make sure to research everything from multiple sources so you understand the benefits, possible side effects, etc.
