Day 164 #POVChallenge

The HARDEST question in the world to ask yourself… is “What Do You Want?”
.
It’s the simplest question in the world, yet will make you rethink your entire life and existence.
.
I know this question is nearly impossible for some to answer, and it was for me as well for the longest time.
.
In the midst of answering this… I had to ask myself a follow up question… and that was…
.
“What don’t I want?”
.
Asking this question helped me create agreements i made to myself, and helped give me a clear vision on where I drew my line.
.
There’s no amount of money, no reward, no person, or opportunity, that could convince me to cross this line of what I do not want, because I know what the other side looks like when you cross that line.
.
So… here is my personal “What don’t I want” List… I HIGHLY suggest you create yours and make it your own as a way to help you answer the most powerful question in the world… “What do you want?”
.
——————-
.
If it doesn’t set my soul on fire, I do not want it.
.
If it leaves me feeling gross or disgusted, I do not want it.
.
If it makes me feel ashamed of who I am as a man, I do not want it.
.
If it effects my mental, or physical performance the following day, I do not want it.
.
If it’s easy, I do not want it.
.
If anyone can have it, I do not want it.
.
If it intrudes on my personal space, mental health, or time, I do not want it.
.
If it doesn’t excite me like a little kid in a candy store, I do not want it.
.
If it doesn’t make me feel like I’m experiencing sheer ecstasy, I do not. want it.
.
If it goes against my morals, standards, or way of life, I do not want it.
.
—————-
.
Ever since figuring out what I don’t want, it’s helped give me so much clarity on what I do want, which I feel has been a huge propeller in the growth I’ve seen over the last 2 years.
