Plant Medicine… Let’s talk about it 🍄🍃

This has been a topic I’ve wanted to talk about for awhile now but haven’t known how to approach it. But today I decided to say “fuck it” and dive in.
.
I believe that it’s our duty in life to experiment and figure out what makes us feel most alive.
.
When experimenting, you’ll find out what foods you eat, what drinks you drink, and what supplements and vitamins you take to feel YOUR best…. And it’s COMPLETELY DIFFERENT for everyone.
.
Some people may feel best waking up and having sex, some people may feel their best when they wake up and taking some edibles, and some people may feel best avoiding any kind of stimulants or suppressants. It’s varies drastically.
.
There’s no judgement here, In fact, if you’ve found what works best for you to make you feel alive… GOOD. Keep doing it.
.
Personally, through my experimentation… I’ve found that micro-dosing Plant Medicine, has made a profound difference in how I feel and perform everyday.
.
From less stress, anxiety, and depression, to increase focus, intuition, energy, and the ability to get in “the zone” easier, or even feel more grounded.
.
It’s incredible to me what healing powers Mother Nature offers us that grow organically from the Earth.
.
I’ve found that Micro-Dosing Plant Medicine regularly, is what works for best for me and gives me that “edge” that makes me feel so alive and connected to the universe.

For those reading things who still are confused on what “Micro-Dosing” is…
.
Micro-Dosing is when you take ~10% of a normal dose every few days. You don’t get high when you do it, you don’t feel weird, in fact you barely feel anything at all. The healing properties come on so subtly that it takes time to even notice them. But when you do feel them… it’s nothing short of incredible (at least from my personal experience)
.
